THE TIME IS NOW.

AN ANTI-RACISM FUNDRAISER

13 July - 10 August 2020

Galerie Number 8 and Paper Journal have collaborated on The Time is Now: A fundraising initiative in aid of black lives. The fundraiser will run from 13 July  -  10 August 2020.

Galerie Number 8 and Paper Journal stand in support and solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement today and into the future, with communities that have been vilified and oppressed institutionally by the status quo. In working together on this fundraiser, we aim to give back by donating to charities globally that will help uplift and support their communities locally in the ongoing fight against systemic and ingrained racism.

We are thankful to all the incredible artists who have donated their work for a series of posters we have produced especially for the fundraiser. Each poster will be printed on 200gsm Hahnemühle Matt Fibre Duo paper, at an average of 50x75cm in an edition of 15 or 30. All poster purchases also come with a free raffle ticket and free shipping! Visit our Artists page to see the full list of contributors.

Alongside this, a number of artists and publishers have kindly donated signed artist prints, photobooks and t-shirts for our raffle, including one-off t-shirts with images by Kyle Weeks and Campbell Addy produced exclusively for this fundraiser; t-shirts from the DoBeDo archive; limited edition artist prints and photobooks from publishers including MACK, Loose Joints and Kodoji Press.

Raffle tickets are only 20€ each, and are available to purchase in four different categories:

- General raffle tickets, where your prize will be picked at random from our selection of photobooks, t-shirts and signed artist prints!

- Photobook raffle tickets, puts you in the draw to win one of our photobooks

Johnson Institute (US).
